HD Ferries Routes Overview
The summer schedule currently has two daily
departures between Jersey and St Malo with an
average crossing time of 1 hour. There are
direct crossings between Guernsey and St Malo on
Fridays and Mondays, with an average crossing
time of 2.5 hours and two crossings daily
between Jersey and Guernsey with a short 1 hour
sailing time. The winter schedule consists of
four weekly departures.

HD Ferries Fleet and Onboard Facilities
HD Ferries (HD1) fast catamaran ferry was built
in 1998 and is the most up to date ferry service
currently available in the Channel Islands and
has a top speed of 47 knots which means
passengers can also enjoy the fastest service
currently available.
The HD1 can hold 100 cars, or 70 cars and 10 x 8
metre freight vehicles and up to 400 passengers
in a spacious and comfortable environment.
Onboard the HD ferry you will find a duty free
shop with a wide range of available goods, a
fully licensed bar and café with a great
selection of light refreshments.

Ferries crossing in one of the many comfortable
lounge seats provided.
